Anika is a Business Consultant and Executive coach with over 25 years of experience in human services and behavior-based performance.

She has been invited to speak to audiences and organizations around the world, including She Podcasts and HERStory, in addition to features on SOUNDOFF, Women Helping Women, KITCASTER, the Dr. Diane Hamilton Show, Becoming Your Best Possible Self, and partnership with leaders from organizations like PACE Center for Girls, The Atlanta Dream, and the Georgia NOW Association.

Anika is the founder of Nobody Greater, LLC and Infinite Women’s Network, Inc, and co-founder of NBG Home Solutions, LLC. 

She is a cum laude graduate from Florida A & M University, holds an M.S. in Psychology and is a PhD Candidate in I/O Psychology at Capella University.
